Reggae Redemption Songs II

In an unexpected twist of sorts, this week we bring to you Reggae Redemption Songs II. The album is the second in a series highlighting spirituality in the style of Jamaica's famous native music. Said spirituality is a standard component for a large portion of Jamaica’s musical exports, but this album promotes domestic artists who put take a distinctively Christian approach. "Gospel reggae" is the result, and the two go hand in hand very well. This type of music seems to be the main focus of label Lion of Zion, and hopefully we'll have many similar quality releases to look forward to in the future.
