Mob Movie Music: Napster Playlist

To coincide with Public Enemies, Michael Mann's new gangster flick starring Johnny Depp, we present "Mob Movie Music," a Napster playlist featuring music from famous gangster pictures. It includes familiar themes and songs from The Godfather, The Untouchables, A Bronx Tale, True Romance, Scarface, The Departed, and more. Distinguished composers featured are Nino Rota, Howard Shore, and Hans Zimmer, while popular artists include Kool & the Gang, Bob Dylan, Dean Martin, and Diana Krall. Krall sings "Bye Bye Blackbird" from the soundtrack to the aforementioned Public Enemies, and while reviews of the film have been fairly mixed, there's no doubt the jazz songstress delivered a flawless rendition.
